Julie’s Haven uses your information to help you complete a transaction/donation, to communicate back to you, and to update you on our organization's happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for secure donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with the information requested, and we consider carefully each recommendation as to how we might improve communication.
Information Security
Julie’s Haven has established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use industry-standard encryption technology (TLS) when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information or personally identifiable information. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public internet in encrypted form, and stored securely as your donation/payment is processed. Credit card details received in paper form are destroyed as soon as the donation/payment is processed.
No Share, No Sell
Julie’s Haven will not sell, rent, lease or share your personal information to or with other organizations or any third party. Use of supporter information will be limited to the internal purposes of Julie’s Haven and only to further the ministry activities and purposes of Julie’s Haven.

Our Non-profit organization is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to convey our mission, accept donations, sell products, and offer services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our organization, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
